Warmzone ComfortTile
Floor Heating Cable, Mat & Thermostat

ComfortTile is the most recommended solution for heating tile floors. The floor heating mats feature a durable heat cable that is pre-spaced on a fiberglass mesh with adhesive backing, allowing for quick, simple roll-out installation. Ideal for a wide range of flooring surfaces, ComfortTile underfloor heating mats are one of the most recommended floor heating solutions, commonly used to heat tile, marble and even carpeted floors. The single point connection design of the ComfortTile floor heating cable system allows you to connect one cable to the thermostat, without having to return the end back to the controller, making the system quicker and easier to install.

The heated floor mats can be easily installed directly under tile, natural stone or other surfaces to provide comfortable, even floor heating for your bathroom, kitchen, entryway, or other hard surfaced areas.

The ComfortTile system features twin-conductor cables, which have an inherent benefit of canceling out harmful electromagnetic fields (EMF). Additionally, the thin design of the ComfortTile cable results in flexibility and minimal floor buildup, enhancing simple installation and the ability to customize the layout of the floor heating system. ComfortTile is one of the most trusted floor heating systems available.

Floor Heating Membrane

The Prodeso membrane with ComfortTile heat cable is an outstanding and efficient, cost-effective system for heating floors. The CT heat cable is easily installed and spaced in the channels of the flexible, patented membrane.

The Prodeso membrane is quick to lay out, which helps to reduce installation time and cost. After the membrane is laid out over the subfloor, the cable is installed in the grooves provided in the membrane, and the floor surface can be immediately installed over the membrane and cable. The membrane is versatile and can be used on all types of indoor and outdoor applications, but is especially effective for heating tile floors. The Prodeso system is safe under all conditions and weather, and can be used to heat a wide variety of floor surfaces. It even waterproofs the substrate in the case of overlaying on cracked or imperfectly cured floors with a risk of vapor stress. When combined with ComfortTile heat cable, the Prodeso floor heating system is among the best for heating tile floors.

Floor Heating Systems

The FilmHeat floor heating system is one of the best values for installing radiant heat under laminate flooring. It is laid out directly under the laminate flooring as it is being laid out, making it quick and affordable to install.

The FilmHeat In-Floor Heating system efficiently heats your floors without causing any floor buildup. When installing the system, the paper-thin heating panels are cut to their proper length on site, and then installed on the subfloor. After the FilmHeat heating elements are secured, the electrical connections are then made and the laminate floor is installed directly over the panels.

FilmHeat can also be used to retrofit existing floors with radiant heat by accessing the floor joists from below. The the heating panels are stapled up between the floor joists. Then Batt insulation is applied over the heating element to direct all the heat upwards, resulting in an affordable and efficient way to add radiant floor heating to existing floors.

FilmHeat can also be used to heat existing floors. Known as RetroHeat, the thin floor heating element was designed specifically for providing electric radiant heat to existing floors by accessing the floor joists below. The heating element is stapled up betwee the floor joists, allowing homeowners to enjoy the comfort and efficiency of radiant floor heat without having to tear up old floors. The RetroHeat system can be installed to heat ceramic tile, hardwood, laminates and even carpeted flooring.

Self-regulating Heating Element

FloorHeat features a technologically advanced self-regulating radiant heating element with an extremely low profile. The versatile low-voltage, semi-conductive polyethylene heating element can be used for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor radiant heat applications. (In addition to being used as a radiant underfloor heating system, the STEP heating element is also one of the most recommended solutions for heating roof edges and gutters.)

The radiant heat system can be discreetly installed under most floor coverings including carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile, and laminates. The flexible heating element is so thin that it will not affect your floor buildup, weight loads, or flooring choices. FloorHeat's unique attributes make it an effective radiant heat choice for new construction jobs and can also be used for retrofit floor heating applications.

FloorHeat is a safe low-voltage product that is especially recommended for heating hardwood floors. And because the heating element is so thin, there is virtually no floor build up. The self-regulating heating element can be safely nailed through (which is especially convenient in roof heating applications), without damaging the heating element. Much of the layout can be done by the homeowner, but it is important that a qualified electrician wire the system.
